I Scream

I used some of my yard sale money to buy a cheap little ice cream/frozen yogurt/gelato/sorbet maker. So far I've made a strawberry sorbet (it's already gone; CHRIS!!!), and vanilla gelato (though it's a little too airy). After the bowl refreezes (the part I wish didn't take so long), I'm going to freeze up my batch of mango-coconut something. I altered a mango gelato recipe...but it sounds more like a sherbet to me. We'll see!
